This is my (first) custom built CoreXY printer. ___________ Specifications ========== * <b>Frame:</b> 2020 aluminum profile _(20x20 and 20x40, European Standard, V-Slot)_ * <b>Controller:</b> DuetWifi + Duex5 _(www.duet3d.com)_ * <b>Hot End:</b> Kraken _(4-nozzle, liquid-cooled)_ * <b>Linear Rails:</b> MGN12 rails with MGN12H bearing blocks * <b>Stepper Motors:</b> 42BYGH _(4 lead Nema17)_ * <b>Lead Screws:</b> T8 * <b>Bed Connection:</b> KD516 magnetic ball joint _(permits independent movement of the three Z motors without binding)_ * <b>Build Volume (x,y,z):</b> 330mm x 376mm x 335mm _(13" x 14.8" x 13.19")_ * <b>Outside Dimensions (x,y,z):</b> 559mm x 559mm x 711mm _(22" x 22" x 28")_ __________ notes ===== * <b>Belt clamp</b> there are two horizontal holes. You can put two M3x45 screws/washers/bolts in these to reinforce the clamp. To hold the belts, loop them in the holder and insert a M5 screw. Nut/Washer is not needed. * <b>Rear bed bracket</b> Same as the other two brackets. Just attach the support plate with M3x30 screws, washers and nuts, * <b>FSR</b> Enclosure: If you glue a piece of fiber optic or translucent filament in each of the four small holes (of the cover) it will be easier to see the status LEDs.
