*I don't recommend this design anymore, but won't delete it for archival purposes. * A newer, more stable version can be found here: https://www.printables.com/model/517676-grabhole-70mm-front-support-beam-for-anamorphics made to work along my GrabHole QR adapter: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/tool/grabhole-qr-adapter-sal https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezIV-Lh-_lA This clamp offers a strong support for anamorphic lenses. The diameter is roughly 70mm and therefore works with many lenses. I successfully tested the following scopes: - Kowa Prominar 16H/8Z, B&H - Sankor Type-5e - Schneider Kreuznach Cinelux ES - Sankor CompactCinemascope/AnamoPrime - Iscomorphot 16/2x ISCO Ultra-Star lenses should work as well, as a variety of other scopes This build needs an M3 nut, washer and screw (~15mm). Attach as close to the front of the scope as possible. I made three versions for different rod-clamps. 40mm is the width of my generic china brackets, but I also did it for Neewer and SmallRig blocks. If you are unsure about your clamp, you can just measure it and compare it to the beam-widths procided in the STLs name. The longhole isn't as long as this support was made for common LWS heights with a bit of wiggle room :) Prints well without support. Infill should be at least 30%. I found this clamp to be very sturdy; however, 3D printing has many variables that differ in every setup. Only use if you are comfortable with these kinda setups, I don't take any responsibility for yours.
