Depreciated - Bontech BMG, E3Dv6, Petsfang & EZABL Pro for Wanhao Duplicator 9/MP Maker Pro MK1 with Linear Rails

**Depreciated** After doing many updates and tinkering with many different designs I've come to the conclusion that this design is just not feasible or worth the hassle. The carriage just wobbles too much with all that stuff attached to it for the linear rail. Feel free to remix/use/whatever but I won't be supporting or updating this further. **09292019 UPDATE** - base V3 now puts the EZABL probe on the right side that no x-axis is lost and the endstop can go back to it's original place. Also added better photos of the install process. I just remixed the design to work with my Wanhao Duplicator 9/Monoprice Maker Pro MK1 setup. In order to use this you will need to have the linear rail mod for the D9 x-axis. I got my inspiration from here: https://bleughbleugh.wordpress.com/2019/01/10/more-upgrades-x-axis-linear-rails/ I'm not sure if you need to have an upgraded board or not but I had a spare MKS GEN L laying around and used it to replace the stock board with some TMC drivers. You might need it for the EZABL Pro, not sure. **IMPORTANT** There are other parts you need! * BT_E3Dv6_40_mmCAP_6.15.stl and BT_E3Dv6_Duct_NO_LOGO_6.14.stl from the original Petsfang design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2963434) * EZABLPro_Petsfang_6.19.stl from here (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2759439) which I have not included as I did not modify them. The install of all the parts is the is the same as the original installs linked above.
