Descent Token Boxes === I wanted a better way to organize my descent tokens so I designed these boxes. It gives easy access to the tokens and keeps them all organized. Currently I own only the base game and Shadow of Nerekhall so I tried to design the trays to accommodate more tokens in the future if I buy more expansions. The small token box has 4 trays with spacers available every 5 tokens. The large token box has 2 circle trays and 1 octagon tray with spacers available every 4 tokens. The octagon tray is to accommodate octagon shaped familiar tokens but normal circle tokens also fit. Fit --- The boxes are designed to stay together with a tight friction fitting. Because of this the boxes will be hard to open and close at first. You will need to open and close it a few times before it gets easier. I added a key slot on each end to make opening them easier if needed. Spacers --- The spacers are designed to be press fit into the holes in the bottom half of the box. They are a tight fit but should go in. OpenSCAD --- If I end up uploading the OpenSCAD code that created these boxes, this is the settings needed to reproduce it. Update - March 24 2018 I decided to modify the bottom. My brother complained that the bottom wouldn't sit on the top without being knocked off and so I made the bottom stackable. Now the bottom literally locks onto the top when stacked and pushed together. Hopefully it works well for you. I would love to hear if the print is working well for others. I have another x-wing design I am eventually going to release but want to make sure that it is printing well for others first. If it is working well I will upload the scad file so others can design their own token boxes using the code. -- Large Token Box tokensList = [["circle",25.7], ["octagon",25.7], ["circle",25.7]]; number_of_tokens_per_group=20; number_of_tokens_between_spacers_default=4; -- Small Token Box tokensList = [["circle",19.7], ["circle",19.7], ["circle",19.7], ["circle",19.7]]; number_of_tokens_per_group=20; number_of_tokens_between_spacers=5;
