Desiccant Jar Vase Mode (Prints in 20 min!)

thingiverse

I designed this solid desiccant jar because I did not like the other options I found on thingiverse. I was looking for something that did all of the following: -Printed in Vase Modem (Spiralize Outer Contour) -Had a threaded Lid -Fits in the center of a kg spool My Settings for Jar: -Use Vase Mode or Spiralize Outer Shell mode. -Set bottom layers to 3 or so. -I used a 0.6 mm nozzle but I'm sure 0.4mm or whatever you want to use would work well too. -If you're printing in PETG, make sure not to print too hot or you will have trouble with bridging. -For some reason I had to do some post-processing code to slow down print speed for the threaded part on top of the jar, not because it can't print quickly, but because my printer was glitching and slowing down to a crawl in spots, creating blobs. For Jar Lid: -Do not use Spiralize / Vase Mode. Just use normal settings and make sure you have enough wall lines to print. The threaded walls should be 2-3 lines thick or so.
