Desk Lamp Clamp

The included files will print the three parts needed to replace the clamp for the standard office spring arm lamp. Note that I included two sets, one for a 5/16" hook bolt, and another for a 1/4" hook bolt. While the 1/4" should work for the newer light duty lamps, the 5/16" was a better fit for a salvaged heavy duty lamp I used. I could not find L bolts with machine threads, so I had to use a hook bolt and hammer it open so it came close to a L bolt. The nuts that came with it are fitted into the triangular knob. (updated 5/16" knob to have slightly thicker outer edge at the nut) If you find my designs useful, please help by donating. Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: Medium or Low is fine Infill: 20% is good enough Notes: Increase the shell to at least 2mm, since this is a structural part. It is designed to have increased strength through the pattern and holes; so there should be no need to have an infill of more than 20%. There is only one overhang spot and it doesn't need to be perfect and it came out great without support. I suggest use ABS filament due to its strength.
