Desk Light

So I wanted a simple light to use on my desk to help me with small assembly and such. After doing some initial designs and due to the small size of my printer, I realized I needed to design it in two pieces.
This is a nice project that requires wiring and soldering skills. After getting the basic form down, I have been trying to improve it's manufacturability. It now takes me about an hour to put the entire thing together. That includes wiring and soldering the 3 LED modules and wiring the battery pack in the base. I would like to continue working on making it easier to manufacture but I'm on to other things right now. It's a work in progress, like most of my other designs,
For this design, you'll need some similar parts from my lithophane base design. 3 pieces of this LED https://www.jacobsparts.com/items/USBLED-A 1 of these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JF3DD9Q/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 in addition, I use a small piece of the fuzzy side of velcro to tighten up the battery pack opening and make it smooth to pull out in order to change the batteries. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06WW3LSLT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 For the electrical connection between the base and LED insert, I use 1/4 inch copper tape. I truly love the way it's come out. I have made a bunch for family and friends. Like I said when I first thought of this, I needed a light for my desk but I now keep one in the bathroom and turn it on every night. Also, we had a blackout one night. While people were using candles and flashlights, I had 2 of these in my living room and 1 in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. They provided sufficient light for me to navigate around my place. Since it's 4.5v and powered by 3 AA batteries, it costs almost nothing to run and is very safe to continuously use. It produces almost no heat. The battery pack just slides out to replace the batteries. I hope to get the motivation to put together an assembly procedure but if no one comments, then I won't bother. So show some interest. Cheers!
