Desk Organiser

Desk Organiser

I saw a colleague made himself a custom desk organiser to suit the tools he normally has on his desk, and I thought that would be a cool idea. The OpenSCAD source might be more use to you here than the actual STL file, because it is a good starting point to make your own custom desk organiser. I made slots for: * normal ballpoint pens * thicker ballpoint pens * ruler * scissors * craft knife (retractable blade) * marker pen * odds and ends A number of things in the source are parametric, such as the total size, the thickness of the base, and the amount of space at the edges. The source has an equation to work out the spacing of the pen holes based on how much width you give it, and the radius of the holes. I used Daniel Upshaw's excellent Rounded Corners module from https://danielupshaw.com/openscad-rounded-corners/ (which you will need if you plan to modify the design).
