I wanted to have tape handy but take up as little desk real estate as possible. This dispenser is meant to hang on the side of a desk with the roll of tape underneath the desk. (Desk must have at least 4 cm overhang.) Took a while to get the saw-tooth design right for cutting the tape properly. Fits on the desk with a friction grip. Designed for a desk thickness of ~12mm (hole size = 12.3mm). You will need to adjust height of the gap to accommodate the thickness of whatever it's being put on.
