When your budgie (or budgies) are out of their cage and flying around they're going to get hungry. Here's a desktop bird feeder so they can refuel! Can also be used outdoors to feed wild birds but may not be terribly stable when a honking great pigeon lands on it...  The central spindle can be glued or you can just leave it to rotate but you will need to glue to cups onto the support pylons. There are three mounts for 2, 3 or 4 cups so just print the one you need.  Print the parts (spindle, cup and whichever cup mount you need) and then fit it all together. Glue the spindle if you want but you will need to glue the cups in
