I also have a Chinese 3040 desktop CNC machine and I made some fixtures for fixing wooden boards. I didn't like the metal fixtures. It might fit also on the 6040 or the 3020. Enjoy ! It is a tight fit, so sanding is required. It is designed to fit a M6 nut and M6 screw. Print Settings Printer: DaVinci 1.1 plus Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 25% Notes: I made several using different infills. I would recommend a higher infill due to stresses on the part. It has to be strong. I printed from 0.2 mm to 0.4 mm, it doesn't really matter.
