Mini desktop fan powered by USB boost converter cable (5V to 12V) or AC adapter. You can use 120 or 140 mm PC case fan. I highly recommend 140 mm fan with air flow not less than 120 m³/h (70 CFM). You can choose fan from 3 variants: 1) 120 x 25 mm; 2) 140 x 25 mm; 3) 140 x 27 mm. You can choose case from 3 variants: 1) Barrel jack + switch + power LED + PWM LED + PWM regulator; 2) Barrel jack + switch + PWM regulator; 3) No additional electronics. All parts (except case bottom plate) assembled with glue. BOM (for full featured variant): 1) 1803BW PWM controller. You can buy it from Aliexpress, eBay, etc; 2) 5.5 x 2.1 barrel jack. XKB Enterprise DC-022B or similar; 3) KCD1-101 (SMRS-101) switch; 4) L-424GDT (or similar 3 mm) green LED + 510 Ohm resistor; 5) L-424IDT (or similar 3 mm) red LED + 560 Ohm resistor; 6) DIN 933 M4 x 30 mm screw + DIN 934 M4 nut; 7) DIN 7981 M2.9 x 6.5 mm screws (4 pcs.) for controller board; 8) DIN 7981 M2.9 x 9.5 mm screws (4 pcs.) + DIN 125 washers (4 pcs.) for case bottom plate; 9) Some wires (about 30 cm length); 10) Your favorite glue for plastic; 11) AC/DC adapter or USB boost converter cable (5V to 12V).
