Desktop Stand Holder for Kenwood TH-D74 Radio

I wanted a decent stand / holder for my Kenwood TH-D74 Radio when I use it in the house, or a better more secure way of holding it in my car. So I designed this stand and after several iterations, settled on this version. Features include: - Solid, difficult to tip-over stand. - Tilted angle of screen is easy to read. - Holds an additional spare battery. - Power cord strain relief. - Grooves inside cradle allow radio to be installed with or without battery installed. - All ports are accessible and the speaker grill is not blocked. - For additional stability, use the radio’s belt clip to firmly grip the stand. - 3/8” wooden dowel can be used for external antenna strain relief if needed. - Can use a Velcro strap to hold in place on center console arm rest in car. Parameters used: PLA, 50% infill, .18 layer height After printing, you could attach some felt or rubber feet on the bottom to protect surfaces. Enjoy ! P.S. modified this for an Icom 51a radio.
