Remixed these things: - [DeSteiner Model 1887](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4311341) - [Long stock for M1887 shotgun](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4504640) - [12GA shotgun shell for DeSteiner Model 1887](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4514111) - [Bottle thread patterns](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3533967) Hint: numbers at the beginning of the models names matches to the "M1887_Explosion_Diagram" from the gun original thing. ### 01 body I sliced the original model to 4 pieces: 2 main parts and 2 parts with decorative overlays. Advantages: - it saved me a big time for printing. At least a couple of hours. - allows to clean everything inside easily. In my case, the hex holes didn't fit the lift nuts (#20), but I was able to fix it easily. Disadvantages: - you need to glue the parts together. If you haven't done this before, don't try to learn on this model. It can be tricky. - lost the text on the left side. DeSteiner, sorry for that :) - you need to polish the sides of the body well. Otherwise the lines remains. ### 23 long stock The rifle stock. I fixed [the thing](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4504640), there were uneven seams. Also I sliced the model for printing in two parts. Remix source is [here](https://www.tinkercad.com/things/dJy6Kq1hqgv). ### 04 barrel extender If you want to use the long stock then, probably, you also want the longer barrel for a better view. So.. - `04 barrel-tube_pt3 threaded.stl` - remixed original thing. I added the thread for connecting extender. - `04x barrel extender 100mm.stl` - 100m barrel extender. The same about 50mm model. - `04x barrel extender 14mm.stl` - the stub. In case if you want to get the short barrel again. - `04x tread test.stl` - multi purpose model, see description below. You can printed `04x tread test.stl` `04x barrel extender 14mm.stl` for the fit test. Just to make sure, that _your_ printed details will connected properly. Here is an alternative way to extend the barrel. Suppose, you already have a printed winchester. Now you can glued `04x tread test.stl` to the original barrel. But you'll need to cut the tip of it.
