Detachable FPV Mounting Solution w/ TX02
thingiverse
I was looking for a way to quickly add FPV to various RC planes. I picked up a couple Eachine TX02's at BangGood for a low price and came up with these two parts. I attach the mounting bracket to my planes and can easily switch the TX02 between vehicles. I use a TinyWhoop 250mah battery which gives 10+ minutes of video @ 200mW. Part 1 is a mounting bracket, secure this with double-sided foam tape on the plane or vehicle you want to add an FPV option to. Part 2 is a holder for the AIO VTX and Camera model TX02. https://www.banggood.com/Eachine-TX02-Super-Mini-AIO-5_8G-40CH-200mW-VTX-600TVL-14-Cmos-FPV-Camera-p-1088368.html?cur_warehouse=USA The TX02 press-fits and it is a super-tight fit. Be careful and take your time, it will fit in. In the future I'll try to make this part with TPU or give clearance for an easier fit + ziptie. Here's the OnShape part if you want to modify: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/acd9319447bfcbf678f9969a/w/e7a7af123d2a6c3aeb53f1a2/e/db7d591c7279a9899afaf837 Printed With: PEG, 2mm, supports. You will want a file or knife to clean up the tight slots.
