A simple plastic cover for the detachable tow bar. When the tow bar is detached, there is supposed to be a cap, that protects it from dust, salt, etc.. Mine got lost, so I designed a new one. It might fit other cars, but the one it fits for sure is Subaru Outback 2005 with the detachable AL-KO tow bar. Part numbers, that might help identify the correct device: L101EAG971 EAG071 The designed is parametric and can be tuned with following variables: dia1 - the tow bar diameter wall - width of walls height1 - the position of the hooks - how deep inside. tooth - size of the hooks (careful, must remain printable!) The sweet spot for good fit is height1=17 and tooth=0.5. with height1=17.6 the tooth engage and lock behind the inner step so well, that it needs a tool to get removed (and many tooth broke). So let me know if this fits your car!
