Device ErgoHolder Customizable
thingiverse
Print a custom stand that holds your iPhone 6 securely without hassle. That way, you can pick up your device effortlessly without wasting time fumbling around. Its actually pretty entertaining. Get out your digital calipers and take precise measurements of your phone or tablet. I'm planning to create mine with a stand just larger than my finger depth. Simply enter your dimensions into the quickGrabDeviceStand.scad file, generate an STL, or use one that's already made. If you're an openScad expert, you might be able to explain why the customizer isn't working correctly - it seems related to the geometry of my model. I've created a stand specifically designed for iPhone 6 dimensions and have uploaded it as an STL (stand#.stl). Once the print is complete, I'll post pictures here. To make the stand more stable, I've added some extra length and adjusted its height to create a tilt feature.
