Devon's Dice Box

Devon's Dice Box

This is a dice box I created for a set of seven RPG dice. I designed it with the intension of carving it out of a block of hardwood using my Snapmaker CNC Module. I have not tried to 3d print this model. The box is intended for use with a 16mm dice set and wouldn't really have room for anything larger without scaling up the model. The lid is intended to be used as a dice tray and I recommend lining it with felt to protect the wood and dampen the sound. I am starting with two different versions, a plain one without any symbols or markings (so that you may add your own) and one with some symbols to represent which dice go where. The symbols are of my own design and represent the numbers 4, 6, 8, 10, 100, 12, and 20 and are part of a constructed language I am developing. As such they probably don't mean much to anyone besides me, but I thought I would include this version as well just so there was a decorated version. I will be making more patterns for the dice cups and will upload them here as well. I intend to iterate and improve upon this design and will upload new patterns and models as I create them. If you have an idea for designs to put in the bottom of dice cups you would like to see, or any recommendations, let me know. I might be able to model it and add it to this collection.
