So here's my DeWalt battery adapter. I initially created this to run my kids Power Wheels off of my 20v DeWalt Lithium Ion batteries. It works amazing! Once you print it, you just need to crimp some large (yellow typically, I don't know exact size but I think they're standard) male spade connectors to some wire and insert them into the holes. Be sure you check on your battery to get the polarity correct. I print it standing up tall, where the flat face that the connecters get inserted is against the build plate. DISCLAIMER PLEASE READ: DeWalt batteries do NOT have any internal low voltage cutout. this means if you drain the battery to zero, the battery will become useless and you will have ruined it. ALWAYS check the level of your battery and charge it up once it gets down to one bar or so per the included indicator. Also please be sure to throw in a fuse. 30A is what I recommend, it should be enough power to do whatever you need with it. Please be careful with this! These batteries can produce a tremendous amount of power and can be dangerous if not handled with knowledge and care. Plans: I would like to eventually add a mount for an off the shelf low voltage cutoff circuit, as well as polarity markings.
