When you spend a lot on these batteries, you want to keep track of them. I work with a lot of guys that use these, so I want to be able to know which ones are mine at a glance!

I modeled this in Fusion 360 (which really gave me a run for my money with all of the angles- I am not an expert!).

Printing is a bit tricky trying to get the nicest finish. Right side up looks nicest, but you still have some cleaning to do on the bottom so it doesn't have any drag issues.

Also- I modeled a 0.12mm (one layer) over the cone to attempt to produce a better finish on the cone and hopefully eliminate excessive support fill in the lower cavity. This thin layer will need to be cut out if it doesn't come out stuck to the support material. The cone is just a spring guide. Just ran my latest print at 10% support, and everything came apart very easily.

Things like this I like to pull up in 360 or Tinkercad and add my initials. This one I did on the face of the button.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Creality

Printer:

Ender 3

Rafts:

Doesn't Matter

Supports:

Yes

Resolution:

0.2

Infill:

10%

Filament: any I prefer ABS for stuff like this, but up to you

Category: Parts
