Dewalt 20V to 12V with Low Volt Cutoff & Toughbuilt clip

Wanted to use the Dewalt 20V battery to power 12V devices. Also needed to add the low voltage protection (as that protection is in the tool, not the battery - no link to info but lots of comments on the web about this).
