Dewalt 618 Router Sliding Adjustable Circle Jig

This is an adjustable sliding router jig for the Dewalt 618 router. This jig has been designed to accept both a large and a small adjusting slide bar. Both slide bars can also be rotated 180 deg in the base track to allow for addition adjustability The small slide bar always stays inside the base track so it is very stable. Because the Long slide bar can extend outside the base track, I extended it's length by an additional 1.5" past the lock nut for added stability because it reaches further into the base track. Both slide bars will lock into the base track at the same time for storage. All parts can be printed without supports. Remember that the slide bars must be printed with hex holes up, and base track is printed with slide track up. I did print all parts with a 50% infill. It may be overkill, but depending on how often it is used and the size of the circle, it could be under a bit of stress. Hole "radius" sizes vary, depending on the router bit used. Double the size for the "diameter" Small Slide radius = 1" - 11" Large Slide radius = .5" - 18" Assembly parts 2 - 1/4 X 3/4 hex bolts 2 - 1/4 washers 2 - 1/4 wing nuts 2 - #8 X 3/4 machine screws 2 - #8 machine screw nuts I did add a drop of Loctite to the #8 screw and nut since they will never need to be removed or adjusted. Unfortunately, the first has the limitation of preset circle sizes, while the second was limited to small circles. I just put the chocolate into the peanut butter
