As I was building my Onefinity CNC machine, I realized that I didn't want to use the recommended Makita router for a number of reasons: - Brushed motor - No LED lighting - User reliability reports However, the DeWalt router that I wanted to use was a much larger diameter than the Makita and would not fit the original mount. Luckily, Onefinity has an 80mm spindle mount. I just had to make something to fill the gap. I printed this in resin, as I wanted a solid part, but if you do print this on an FDM printer, use 100% infill so that there is enough material to compress and form a solid grip on the tool.
