I use a DeWalt DWP611 for a spindle on a small CNC machine, and was goaded into making a fan I could snap onto the collet to clear chips while cutting. It works *great*; I actually brought the pitch down a little (increasing the "pitch" offsets in the model) because the first one generated too much wind. This is designed to press fit onto the collet and just blow down. I don't know if "prior art" exists, I wanted to design it. The model is here: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/5e38f1211881eb7e2e39b843/w/67fa9f8c5189fc76711c42f3/e/ff523501ea6431b3f370691f There are variables to adjust the size of collet, number of blades, and just about every other feature. The 5-bladed version works great for me. Print at high detail, this will be spinning VERY fast (30k RPM) so you want it to be great.
