DeWalt DWP611 Power Cord Redirect

DeWalt DWP611 Power Cord Redirect

This is for redirecting the power cord for a DWP611 router. It accommodates the original cord boot so it doesn't slide all over the place, and that will also keep chips and dust from getting in through there while reducing strain on the power cord at the end of the clip. Channels ringing around the ends are for 1/8" zip ties, but the end that goes into the router shell gets clamped quite well. The square tab retainer that goes inside the router shell should keep it from rotating once it's installed. I have only tested routing the cable vertically, but it may work for rerouting in the other three directions as well. Obviously, unplug the DWP611 from power before opening the shell and installing this. I'd also be interested to see if this fits the DW660. If the dimensions for the retainer part are the same I may redesign this to be more compact.
