This plate fits *very* (intendedly) snug in a DeWalt Medium Tough Case. I love DeWalt - but if we're all being honest the Packout platform is just better than DeWalt's designs. In particular, a Packout oscillating tool blade set I have came in a case that was neatly customizable. I wanted to be able to use my Tough Case the same way - hence this plate.
