Dewalt Router DW616 Dust Shoe / Vacuum Adapter

Router vacuum adapter dust shoe for the Dewalt DW616. Couldn't find one anywhere - stl or to buy, so I threw it together in onshape. Vertical adapter fits 1.5" vac hose, Lateral adapter fits standard rigid 1.75" Attached sldprt file if you want to customize for your dust collection setup. OnShape search dw616 dust shoe and copy / modify. .8 nozzle, .32 resolution - 2mm wide so it'll print solid. 20% infill is fine but doesn't really matter. support necessary for both vac adapters - bit of a pain for the lateral one but the vertical one is easy to remove. plate included for opposite side of router to improve suction. PETG / PLA / ABS are fine - stronger TPU would also be ok and easier for vac adapter fit, if you're just getting used to friction fitting components. Happy routing!
