Dewalt Table Saw Miter Gauge Holder This is a bracket to hold the miter gauge on the saw frame when not used. Currently dewalt has no where to hold it, that I can see. The protractor/angle gets set at 10 degrees, and then that guide will sit flush against the metal frame. Parts needed, the two included here, and piece of wood, 3 / 4 “ x 3 / 4 “ x 105 mm. 4 screws, 2 of #6 x 3 / 4, and 2 of # 6 x 1 / 2 First, print the two pieces. The guide piece can be printed with no supports, with opening facing upward. Then print the 8mm x 10mm x 90mm filler. The filler fits into the upper part of the guide, glue it in, I used gorilla glue. The top edge fits flush with top edge of the angled piece of the guide, and the back ends of each corner match up, and the 10 mm part is the width. This piece locks in the actual miter guuge when inserted. Once dry, mount the printed parts, to the 3 / 4 x 3 / 4 board, back edges lining up, and top strait edge lining up. I used the two of #6 x 1 / 2 screws for that. Then, line that combination up on the inside left lower side of the plastic side piece (viewing from front), clamp the board on ( “C” clamp will work, to get up over the metal bar), drill two holes after lining up, and use the # 6 x 3 / 4 screws, two of them. Then slide in the guide See pictures of installed guide Printing, I just used PLA, no supports
