These cup inserts are designed for the DeWalt ToughSystem Organizer DS100 (DWST08202). With several designs out, what makes this one better? 1. This set of designs are specifically created for the DS100 cups part numbers H1200067 (Small) and H1200071 (Large). 2. This is a rugged but slimline design with the overall thickness of the walls being 1.5 mm. This mirrors the wall thickness of the cups themselves and maximizes the internal area. It also makes for better aesthetics. 3. It takes into account the nuances of the DeWalt cups, such as the slight taper from the top of the cup to the midpoint ledge. The inserts mirror this taper both on the main walls as well as on the cut corners making the insert a perfect fit without binding in the cup when inserting or removing. 4. The cup to insert gap provides just enough margin between the two so that it doesn't create a suction lock when trying to pull the insert out of the cup. 5. Multiple divider designs. The standard inserts with no dividers is labeled with "ND". Inserts with length wise dividers are labeled with "LD" while width wise dividers are "WD". And inserts with both length and width dividers are labeled with "LWD". These inserts print fantastic in PLA with a layer height of .3mm and infill set to 100%. If you really want to make it look like the inserts are from DeWalt then I suggest printing them with Inland PLA in Yellow. That color is extremely close to DeWalt yellow as you can see from the pictures.
