A mecanum wheel adapter for DF Robotics' 80mm mecanum wheels. This plugs into the hex hole in the middle. It is designed for a 5mm M2.5 knurled nut, heat inserted into the flat side.For each hub you need- 1x5mm M2.5 knurled nut for heated insertion- 1x20mm M2.5 mm countersunk bolts- 1x Pololu Wheel hub 3mm or 4mm depending on your motor shaft's diameter- 4x8mm M3 countersunk bolts to attach the hub to the 3D printed To assemble1. Insert the knurled nut into the center hole on the flat side. Make sure it is flush and cut/scrape of any melty bits, so that the hub fits flat.2. Attach hub to the flat end 3. Insert the 20mm M2.5 nut from the outer end of the wheel4. Line up adapter on the inside and screw the M2.5 tightly.There are additional holes that you can use, for example unscrew the few of the self tapping screws on the inside and screw in longer M2 screws to attach the hub even more firmly to the wheel.
