A model to demonstrate the gravity-defying power of osmosis. It costs around $15 to make (if you have access to a laser cutter). Instructions 1) Cut two of each part (stand and clamp) 2) Cut the U-Tube in half. The one I used was the Eshopps AEO19005 U-Tube 3) Using acrylic glue, glue the U-tube into the hole. Some heat forming may be necessary 4) Cut a strip of dialysis tube and clamp it in place with four 16mm M3 screws 5) Fill each side with solutions of differing solute concentrations
