Diamond Embosser This diamond cutter is a great way of doing a quilting effect on cakes without all the hassle of measuring. The diamond shape is a consistent size on the cake and makes it so much easier to get a stunning effect with very little effort. You can then run over the lines with a quilting wheel tool to give the look of stitching and then stick an edible ball or small flower where the diamonds join. This creates a stunning effect. On a square cake, I always start in the middle of the front side of the cake and then work out towards the corners.
