Diamond hotend for linear slider

I modified the diamond hotend to fit perfectly on a linear slider. Furthermore, I reduced the screwholes to accommodate M3 screws directly (no nuts required). The design features a single or double socket for attaching various accessories, such as a dual part cooler or proximity sensor. My recommendation is to print the double socket version, you never know what additional items you might want to add later.
