I printed mine at 0.7 layer height, i have a 0.8 nozzle, no supports and 0% infill, my walls are about 0.8mm. my frame (not ducts) are solid, because my top/bottom layers are thick, if you print with a 0.4mm nozzle, use simplify 3d to print the frame 100 infill and the rest of the ducts at 0 infill, if you print the whole frame hollow, it will be weaker if you can please donate $1 to help me buy my cat food
