Update: Dice_Shifter_45mm is the updated file, bettter Numbers and R and made it 45mm instead of 40mm. 40mm felt too small but may work for people with smaller hands. Thread pattern is the same on either. Made a dice shift knob for my VW Cabriolet. I have not tried it.
