This is version 2, significantly improved from its predecessor. For comparison purposes, version 1 files are still available. A notable enhancement in this new version lies in the incorporation of "T" brackets that actually serve to hold the model together securely. Despite their potential limitations under actual use, these brackets prove highly useful for aligning and holding plates in place during gluing. Two tray options are now included, with the tray itself becoming almost a necessity. Initially, we encountered difficulties when attempting to fit the model into the tray; however, after some adjustments, it finally settled into its designated space snugly and securely holds its position. To facilitate assembly, I've designed two separate trays: one that fits perfectly around the tower part, ensuring a secure hold, and another slightly larger option. You can choose between these options based on your specific needs. This dice tower boasts an impressively lightweight design, making it ideal for various applications. For optimal results, print both front and back sides of the model together if your 3D printing bed is large enough, followed by printing the left and right sides as a single unit. Additionally, three separate plates are required. Update: Following extensive use of this design, I've come to realize that it indeed necessitates additional support for its sides and back. To achieve the lightest possible weight, I've made this feature optional; however, I strongly believe it does provide significant benefits. In terms of rafts, I recommend using them for all four sides but not for the plates. With no rafts in place, the total weight comes out to 93 grams. Conversely, with the recommended rafts, the model's weight increases to 147 grams.
