DIe holder for 1 in hex dies (Lathe)

Die holder/follower for use on a lathe. It holds 1" hex dies and can be used for power threading smaller threads. Uses 1/2" round bar to keep alignment. To use place the rod in your tailstock chuck and place the die holder and die in place. Position tailstock so the holder is at the start of the threads. Hand turn or power turn the lathe and feed the die holder on. If you feel too much resistance or reach the end of where you wish to tap, simply let go of the holder and and let it spin. Verify you have proper clearances beforehand. I used PLA+ for this. I have only used it on a 10-32" thread (approx 4mm) power feed mode. On threads larger than 1/4" (5MM) rotating the tap by hand to allow chips to clear is advised.
