Hi all Wastelanders! This is a lift kit for your diecast conversions. It should fit most of your cars. If you need a different size, just text me and I'll add those files. Same if you want a different lift height. The look is not for a real Monstertruck. They have a differently constructed suspension. It will look like a lifted hillbilly truck. But if you like I can add a higher lift to use monstertruck tires. . Its not hard to build it. These are the steps. After you chose the correct file the rest is selfexplanatory. 1. Choose your car and measure the wheel base which is the distance from front to rear axle. 2. Measure the width of the body between the wheels. 3. Choose the axle and the center part that are at least as big as the measured distance between your wheels. You can go bigger here to get a wider look. 4. Choose a side part that fits your wheel base (WB) and your prefered lift height. The lift will lower your axle the given number down from your lowest body line. Most cars have their axle mounted about 1.5mm higher than that line. So the total lift will be 1.5mm plus the lift from this kit. 5. Print everything. The sides and axles x2. 6. Cut don the tops of the sides to fit your wheel well. The horizontal bar is meant to be flush with your lower body line (the one of your car). But thats up to you. 1mm gap could look cool as well. 7. Cut or sand down the axle extensions at the side parts. You might shorten them a bit to your taste. 8. Glue everything together using CA superglue. It might be easier for alignement and usefull for stability to add any kind of metal wire through the axles (a paper clip is sufficient). 9. Add the drive shaft by sticking some metal wire through the center hub and bending it down to both differentials on the axles. Glue it on. 10. Add some big tires! Stick them on the metal rods and glue them on. 11. Glue the finished part to your diecast car. You should remove the original wheels before that. ;-) And you propably need to cut or file down some interfering bulbs on the undercarriage. I totally love "Lee Perry Modular Gaslands Wheels V2" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4668649) because they are totally customizable! If you dont want to be in full control try "Gaslands - Wheel Upgrades" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3377050) the selection is huge! I will add some pictures of a finished build soon! Hafe fun!
