This is a remodel of a diff outdrive for the Arrma Granite Voltage Mega 2WD RC car/truck. The diff outdrive rounds out easily on the differential shaft (this leads to failure to operate), and the part is currently backordered everywhere. I'm pretty sure you need to print this in ABS or Nylon - PLA won't cut it. I've printed it on an Onyx One using the standard Onyx material (Nylon with chopped carbon fiber mixed in). I have only printed it with 100% infill (solid), so I don't know if that is necessary or not. Testing on the vehicle begins this weekend. SolidWorks file is included if you are into that sort of thing.
