The entire design can be printed with very few supports, leaving minimal post-processing and easy assembly. The light diffuser is made using vase mode in Cura's slicer settings, and uses standard white PLA. This is my first design, so feedback is appreciated!

Lamp base
the base of the lamp was originally designed to accept a light bulb socket for use with an LED light bulb. Although any standard bulb can work, I used a Meross RGB LED configured to Apple Homekit as a light source. If you are running the light for a long time, I recommend using LED bulbs to avoid damage from heat. The slots on the base friction-fit the rods and lamp shade, so no adhesives are required. A rectangular hole is shaped out of the bottom to feed the cable through without severely affecting the aesthetics. Being 120mm in diameter and 30mm in height, this part takes the longest to print.

The following link contains the light bulb socket from amazon: https://www.amazon.ca/Cable-Matters-2-Pack-Hanging-Lantern/dp/B07BLJSZ4H/ref=sxin_9_ac_d_rm?ac_md=0-0-bGlnaHQgYnVsYiBzb2NrZXQ%3D-ac_d_rm&cv_ct_cx=light+bulb+socket&dchild=1&keywords=light+bulb+socket&pd_rd_i=B07BLJSZ4H&pd_rd_r=995e501d-5da0-4c71-ac5d-20e5e6e57677&pd_rd_w=VfZgg&pd_rd_wg=iyprX&pf_rd_p=27a6a972-31b7-4623-ac48-b593d8f89672&pf_rd_r=KE56KNPCNM6SD64PGQC0&psc=1&qid=1610940073&sr=1-1-12d4272d-8adb-4121-8624-135149aa9081

Lamp Top
Shares the same 120mm diameter as the base and is 30mm tall. The slots are the same as the base, so supporting rods and the lampshade can be inserted either way.

Lamp prop rods
The design accepts 3 supporting rods, each being 180mm in length. Each rod takes around an hour to print, and should be laid flat for the best results.

Lamp shade
The final component utilizes vase mode to create a light diffuser with a continuous and smooth texture. this part is 100mm in diameter and 180mm tall. THIS COMPONENT MUST BE PRINTED USING VASE MODE FOR IT TO FIT. Use white PLA for the best results.
