Attach a hose to the hook and have an air diffusor within you aquarium. One connector is for a hose with an inner diameter of 12mm. The other one can be used for a hose with an inner diameter of 9mm up to 12mm. If you need other inner diameter, just pick one and scale the print, e.g. 133% to scale 12mm to 16mm (16/12*100) You may need to add support to print this.
