The Idea here is that the survivor finds a jungle gym and uses it as the foundation for their shelter, on top they set up a windcatching system(made out of salvaged cans) which generates enough energy to charge and power a light. this converts the jungle gym into a windmill. I put a “person” inside the jungle gym as reference
