The Cranham deprogrammer is both versatile and retentive. In addition to being used as a dental deprogrammer, the Cranham appliance can be utilized as a night guard or to take centric relation records. Designed without any occlusal interference on the surface of the posterior teeth, the Cranham appliance can also be used for equilibration. The deprogrammer features a small flat anterior stop that contacts the lower central incisors and slightly discludes the posterior teeth. It is comfortable for the patient and requires no retention clasping or labial bow. This digital appliance is designed in 3Shape Appliance Designer 2015 and realistically in KeyShot Pro 7.3.0.
