The USB digital microscope Bresser (20x, 80x, 350x) is limited to 6mm objects. To see bigger objects, I use the 3Drag frame as microscope stand, adjusting the focus via Repetier. This thing uses modules defined in the library fast-clamp http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:936871, so it is easy to design and to use: it is not necessary any tool to place and remove the camera. note: My extruder is connected via a dB9 plug. When I don't use the extruder, i place a spare dB9 male plug with only a 100K resistor at pins 2-4, to simulate the extruder thermistor (see http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1150959): this tricks the firmware.
