DiiiCooler Shim for Di3 v2.1

I installed the Diiicooler on my Wanhao Di3, but found it a little high. It cooled my nozzle and my prints, so I needed to lower the duct. I took some measurements and designed a 1mm tall shim, so you can scale it to fit your needs (as not all nozzles are at the same height).
