this is a extension for the powder drop on the dillon 1050 reloading press this will greatly increase the amount of powder that can be held in the powder drop for when reloading large amounts at a time. It is design to be able to clear the case feeder and is out of the way of the bullet feeder as well. The added weight of the powder does not seem to have any effect of the reliability of accurate powder charges all the way to empty. The end that mates to the powder drop may need to be slightly sanded it is a pretty tight fit to ensure it will not come off while reloading. My press is set up with a autodrive and the shake has never loosened the etension up. Smokeless powder does not seem to have any effect on the pla, I left powder in the powder drop for almost a week to make sure. The factory dillon lid fits on the extension as it should. Will be uploading some straight extensions for use on all other dillon powder drops that the case feeder is not in the way.
