Dillon 1500 trim die 6.5 grendel / 6GT

This is a die I created so that I can use my dillon 1500 trimmer to process 6.5 grendel and 6GT brass on my 550. I attempted to modify a 308 die to do this but don't have bits strong enough to drill out the body so here we are. I imagine it'll work fine for 308, 6.5 creed, 6BR and 6.5x47 as well. I'm resizing in a different station and wanted to have the ability to run the trimmer on the head. For 6.5 grendel or other short cases you will need the special head with a cutout. I've broken one already at the junction of the 2 parts (was my fault for running the trimmer down too far) so reworking the part junction and modifying the window may be necessary. To use this, you need to set up the shoulders of your cases to push into the countersunk part of the die underneath, then run your trimmer down to length. If the shoulder doesn't make contact you'll get vibration in your cases and the necks won't cut cleanly. Since the first version I have made a bunch of changes to this as I process more of my brass. I've only been running it with 6.5 grendel and 6GT so LMK if you have issues or remix for other calibers. I've had to tweak the thread size so that the part is still large enough after annealing at 150 for 30 mins (PLA shrinkage). You may wish to adjust scale % if using different media or annealing.
