A powder strainer designed for those reloaders (like me) who occasionally need to pull a cartridge for one reason or another. This insert/cap sits inside the Dillon Powder measure and allows you to dump a kinetic puller directly into the top. Powder goes back in the hopper, bullet is sifted out and can be re-used. Based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2426871 but modified to allow the Dillon powder cap to be placed on top so it can remain in the powder measure when not being used.
