I learned how to use Autodesk 123D Design. I am a sophomore Mechanical Engineering student at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL. I just started working for a friend who runs a non-profit company called Renaissance Jax. The goal of Renaissance Jax is to build hundreds of robotics teams around north Florida and after, across the U.S. We want to build an army of STEM students and in doing so we are on our way to see thousands of middle and high school students in just the next Fall and Spring. The company has a Robo 3D printer but would like to have a MakerBot as well due to its superiority. We use 3D printers for all the kids to prototype ideas for their robots and get excited about STEM. This would bring press from all over and get the word out for the MakerBot Replicator Desktop 3D Printer. Goodluck to all the challengers and happy hunting for the judges.
