DIN Rail Stand v2

DIN Rail Stand v2

thingiverse

This stand helps you to use a 35x7.5mm DIN rail on your desktop for prototyping, testing, etc. It's a remix of DIN Rail Stand by dev67. There are three minor modifications: Use of an intermediate tolerance of the din rail cutout, an additional hole to secure the rail with a screw, and slightly slimmer stands. With the intermediate tolerance in the cutout, my printed version fits snugly after pushing the DIN rail in. To further secure the rail, I included a tap hole of 3.3mm to cut an M4 screw thread into it (if you have a die at hand). There is enough space to use an 9mm wide washer when securing the rail with the M4 screw. Please note that this thing is made for the regular DIN rails (35x7.5mm), not the deep ones (35x15mm).
